A. Dr. Gersten will review with you the Health and Wellness Assessment Form and take a detailed history.

B. Dr. Gersten will arrange for your amino acid blood test and any other testing he feels you need.

5. Second Consultation

A. Prior to your second consultation, we will fax you the results of your amino acid blood test along with your supplementation schedule. If you do not have a fax machine, we will mail you the information.

B. Dr. Gersten will review the test results with you, explaining areas of deficiencies, and what they mean.

C. Dr. Gersten will review your supplementation schedule, explaining how each supplement relates to your specific amino acid test results. Dr. Gersten will recommend how you can get your supplements.
